If you are wondering how we are able to offer such low prices on our merchandise please read on. We are a family-run operation doing business for over thirty years. We have long-standing relationships with major publishers and wholesalers all over the country and we purchase merchandise in large quantities at discounted prices. This combination allows Artlobster to obtain art at unbeatable prices. Additionally, gallery owners incur expenses such as rent and commissions and must build those expenses into their retail prices. Since Artlobster does not have a retail gallery and does not incur such expenses, the savings are passed on to our customers who reap the rewards! This winning formula allows Artlobster to offer some of the best prices in the industry. At Artlobster, customer satisfaction is our number one priority because a happy customer will come back again and again.

Unless otherwise noted, all artwork is in excellent condition and has never been framed. Also, all art will be sold unframed unless otherwise noted.

Certificates of Authenticity are available upon request and should be requested during check-out. Publisher's Certificates are automatically included with all Pino purchases. Publisher's Certificates are also available for Leroy Neiman images.

Applicable Florida Sales Tax will be automatically added to all orders shipped to Florida.

All shipping charges include handling, packing, insurance, tracking and signature confirmation, if applicable. We ship via UPS Ground, Fed Ex Ground, Fed-Ex home delivery and US Postal Service. Shipments will be delivered Monday thru Friday. Transit (Shipping) Time: Up to 7 business days within the lower-48 United States. Delivery dates are estimates only and can vary due to backorders, order processing delays, payment information, and various shipping delays that may be out of our control.

One time shipping charge if all items are shipped to the same address and can be shipped in one tube. Highest price will prevail. Maximum number of items in one tube = 10. Shipping discount does not apply to framed or stretched items.

All items are guaranteed 100% to be as described and are guaranteed 100% to arrive undamaged. An item may only be returned if damaged during shipping or if not as described. Communication is essential before returning any item. If an item is damaged during shipping you will be asked to fill out a claim form with the carrier and fax or mail it to us. Once that is done we will either replace your piece if another is available or issue you a 100% refund. We will wait for the insurance claim to settle. Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee or 100% store credit. Shipping costs can only be refunded if item is not as described.
